Yeah, I love my indie bullshit.

 

EA's conference isn't nearly as bad as y'all are making it out to be.

Titanfall 2 looked really, really good. (TF1 didn't interest me at all)

Battlefield 1 looks great, (though I wonder if vehicles are going to be the pickup system from Battlefront, ew)

Fe looks gorgeous and kudos to EA for dedicating part of their press conference to Indie games.

Fifa Story mode can actually be fun if they don't go the whole Spike Lee route from the latest 2k game (The story modes in the last two were pretty solid)


Betheseda's conference was really good, definitely the best I've seen from a single publisher.


Motherfucking Quake! (The hero abilities doesn't bother me too much given just how great Overwatch is, and how faithful to the original Doom/2 that DOOM was, while at the same time feeling modern and relevant in 2016.


Prey! (looks fantastic, a lot of System Shock 2 vibes here, release date is probably still far off '18-'19 range given there was no gameplay)

And they managed to get me excited about Dishonored 2 when I didn't enjoy the first at all. Hell even ESO looked real good and the level sync stuff seems like a cool deal, and who can forget more Dark Brotherhood stuff (wonder if they'll take advantage of PVP in that).

I was hoping for potential Doom Single Player DLC, but that's definitely got to be in the pipes. (Seriously Doom is phenomenal, though I don't think the trial serves as good overview of the game itself, which very much comes into its own with an expanded weapon wheel and enemy types)

The upgrades are already possible via mods, a lot of that was community shader stuff. Guess them packaging it all together ensures compatibility. Cool stuff for console users.


What's good thread, I've made my presence known, I will be raving about like a madman all day tomorrow.

 

The only game I have any interest in so far is BF1. Interested to see what Sony talk about but I'm glad I've stopped getting hyped for E3.

 

As cool as the Prey reboot looks, I'm still bummed we'll never get this.

 

If you haven't seen the GB stream this moment and the Whoooo lady from the Bethesda conference had me in a laughing fit.

Really excited for today. Per usual, I will be at work for MS but will try to follow best I can. Then will watch at home and watch Sony live.

Hoping Full Throttle Remaster gets a release date (and it's this year!)

 

Hoping for the Sony conference to be awesome. Will only be able catch the Microsoft one live so I'm hoping thats good for entertainment sake

 

Finally caught up on yesterday's conferences after being away all weekend. Bethesda was good (give me Dishonored 2 now) but I'm pretty disappointed we didn't get a real blowout/unveil for ME:A. Today should be good though.

 

Bummed I won't be able to watch Sony or microsofts conferences live. Bethesda was great, very excited for Dishonored 2. EA wasn't good. ME is definitely going to get delayed again.

 

Bethesda conference was cool. I was only really interested in Dishonored 2.

I'm now going to watch the Giant Bomb version of this EA conference and hopefully it lasts until Microsoft conference.

 

Apparently, a website claims to know "everything" about MS E3 conference. Crazy..

Holding out for the event. Peeps need to live update here so I can be in the know as it happens!

 

They said there's no Gears of War 4 info on their Twitter. I'm pretty sure Gears of War 4 will be there, so I'm calling bs.

 

All Titanfall 2 DLC is F R E E.

 

I texted my brother about Prey and he told me he ended up being #1 in the world in the original. So weird.

 

So stoked for this game. Trailers were dope.

 

I'm hoping Battlefield 1 has all free dlc as well. I'm fine with them trying to make big cash off of battlepacks and whatnot. I'm fine if they lock all cosmetic items in them, but if they put guns, then I will abandon the game as fast as I did BO3. Having weapons locked away in a random loot machine is ridiculous.

 

They ended up making all the DLC in the first one free, so it is nice to see they stuck with the same model for the second one. People do have to realize it will probably be all MP though. Either way, thumbs up to them!

 

LIMBO is free on the ONE right now.

Really looking forward to Titanfall 2 and Battlefield 1. Excited for Microsoft's today.
