It always felt like Drake trying to prove he's not "soft" but I think only about half the songs are any good to support that

Give me his first four EPs/albums and the rest can go. He’s sounded like the most uninspired rapper for almost a decade. Add in the unnecessary Megan Thee Stallion diss and he can disappear and nothing of value will be lost.

In not even gonna touch that Thank Me Later third from bottom madness haha

 

Take care is easily his best. I don’t listen to him anymore but if I did I’d throw on that, thank me later, so far gone, nothing was the same and what a time to be alive. Other than that he has a few decent songs here and there on the rest of his albums. The drop off after 2015/2016 was huge.

 

Thank me Later aged like shit imo. I’d almost prefer More Life or Views

I agree but I have a lot of nostalgia for it from college. Miss Me is maybe the only one I feel still goes

 

In 2023 a little bit of it sounds bad now. So Far Gone a little bit has the same issue for me too

 

Yeah, the nostalgia factor is there for me too

 

Just skipped around thank me later on the way to my parents. Still holds up.

 

I have no nostalgia for it and just think he sounds bad lol

I definitely have not returned to this album more than like three times, but I refuse to concede that his 2009-2015 was anything less than fantastic. I honestly might extend that to 2017 because I actually really enjoy Views and More Life
