That could work honestly. Especially since Mitch always winds up complaining about how he feels like shit doing it every year lol. They could do like the Sandwich Chain Region (Panera, Jersey Mikes, etc.), the Salad Chain Region (Saladworks, Sweetgreen, etc.), the Burger Chain Region (Impossible Whopper, Carl's Jr./Hardee's Beyond Burger, etc.), and maybe a Pizza Chain Region (Domino's, Papa John's, Pizza Hut, etc.).

There's definitely enough chains to fill out a whole bracket that way.

I still think breakfast is plausible, the category is broad enough to give Wiger leeway when ordering

 

It has to be either a battle of chains themselves (meaning Wiger can order whatever he wants) or a battle of meatless items. It can’t be a tournament of individual items where some of them have meat and others don’t. Like if they did breakfast, one of the competitors would be the Egg McMuffin, which isn’t an Egg McMuffin without the Canadian bacon. It would just be egg and cheese on an English muffin. I personally doubt they’d do that.

 

Someone might have just said it in here but Nick’s commitment to the sonic bit on Instagram is so great.
