I dont feel comfortable doing that just because it’s a private one, but the gist is that he wasn’t aware that the person in the sex tape was underage (knew the sextape was a hollywood joke in the 80s but was baffled that the dude would be in the good graces of so many lib celebs...and on other popular comedy pods...with that baggage attached), knows they fucked up and knows that ignorance isn’t an excuse. Take my word that it was a real, genuine apology and they feel super shitty

i remember him going on the podcast of one of the past guests and leaving a really touching voicemail that they included lol

 

One of my favorite things in the history of this show is Nick expressing his concern (during the shrimpfest episode with Hayes and Sean) that people will interpret Mario in Odyssey as problematic and it's quiet for a beat and then Mitch just goes "ugh shut up."

 

That shrimp off episode is so good.
