Also, I just happened to listen to the High & Mighty episode with Mitch two days ago where they talk about getting under 300 by April (it was recorded right before the holidays) and was wondering if they were able to lose weight by now. But I guess they're pushin' it back.

i loved the ep and i love Gabrus

but man, could i live without stuff like his "autisitic nerd rage" and "downs face" comments. not to be a wet blanket. if it were in a scene or part of a character that stuff can be more stomach-able, but in casual conversation it's a real bummer.

Did Wiger used to write at funny or die? In my head he did and last night I watched the “a very special episode” where Tom hanks is an alcoholic and the voice over mentioned him pounding brew dogs.

This is an excuse to post it because it’s my all time favorite sitcom special episode. You don’t know how many times I’ve watched this Family Ties episode while drunk.

 

The script reading of that on “Raised By TV” with the Wiges and Gabrus was my intro to that scene. Such a classic.

Dumb story:

I was at a party this past New Years Eve and a guy walked in that I immediately recognized but couldn't for the life of me remember who he was. It bugged the shit out of me as I was racking my brain all night trying to place him. The next morning while nursing hangovers I put on Don't Stop Or We'll Die's "Lisa" video to show a friend and scream, "holy shit, that's the guy!". Turned out it was Nick Rutherford. I must've know subconsciously he was in that video.
