if it makes you feel any better, Untitled is a classic and legit good album that i love. Nothing else has aged well for me at all, and i couldnt even finish California. "All Of This" is the best blink song ever.

Good list. I’m still a noob too, don’t worry. Like... I haven’t played fuckin Wind Walker or all of Majora’s Mask yet but I’ve played Spirit Tracks and Phantom Hourglass. I’m making my way through everything now

i dno, im glad that it seemed like fans of the band loved it, thats awesome. its great that theyre still making music that people really really enjoy. honestly, that album just really wasnt for me.

FWIW I listened to California the other day and it holds up better than I remember. I just really don’t like the stretch of KOTW-Teenage Satellites-Left Alone. Some others I’m more iffy on. This new itertion has moments of brilliance (San Diego, Last Train Home, Cynical) but as full listens, California and the deluxe are too inconsistent for me to truly love

 

I’ll agree with the first two being some of the weaker tracks on California, though Left Alone is amazing. If I remember right when it came out Travis said they released so many songs and styles so people in an MP3 age could pick songs a la carte.
