I mean, in the moment it is real as day, but if you’re asking if I think it’s something spiritual then no

 

Yeah I guess since it's not controllable it would be less amazing.
I don't really remember dreams but when I'm having a nightmare I'm able to kind of go along with it and see where it goes, I feel like my blood get hot or something and I know I'm dreaming and I can wake myself up if I want to but I try to stay in and treat it like a chose your own adventure dream.

I have a good friend who also experience SP a lot and he uses it to lucid dream. Sounds fun but I always get so scared when I feel myself slipping into the paralysis
