Because stuffing is not good. If it were good you'd eat it more than once a year. Mashed potatoes are delicious throughout the year.

The things that I like I eat more than once a year, I think that's a pretty reasonable metric.

I don't really have a problem with people voting for stuffing, because it's a traditional Thanksgiving food. I just argue that it's not as good as mashed potatoes for many reason.

 

Yea stuffing is disgusting and my mom stuffs it up the turkeys butt no thank you I don't want to eat turkey ass residue.

I knew I could count on you. Non butt stuffing is fine. Its not great. It makes celery edible, that's it.
. But mashed potatoes is one of the all time great side dishes.

 

Non butt stuffing is the definition of "fine". That's how I feel. Like it's basically just seasoned bread.

 

Yep. Like I get it :stuffing =Thanksgiving, but that doesn't make it good. It makes it tradition. That's it. Maybe you like it because it's the one time you eat it, but I guarantee that if restaurants starting having stuffing year round competing with mashed potatoes it would get destroyed because nobody wants that outside of November.

I only eat KFC's Doubledown about once a year because if I eat it anymore than that, I won't live to see thirty.

We usually go out to dinner for two days straight during Christmas, none of the hassle + all of the fun.

 

We’re not hosting this year so it’s out of my control.
