Depends who is making it. I've had really good quiche, but I've also had some really bad quiche. So I guess if it's made right, it's great!

I love pancakes. I just love eggs more.

If it's good, then yes. But usually it's just fried, soggy egg bread.

 

Favourite type of pancakes? What syrup do you use on them? Do you use butter on them as well?

Chocolate chip pancakes. Preferably real maple syrup. Yes, preferably good butter like Kerrygold.

 

Did you know that you can put pancake batter into a muffin/cupcake tin, and bake them like muffins. It's better if you're doing chocolate chip pancakes or something similar.

 

Real maple syrup is bomb. At prime season there's always a mennonite family with a stand set up like .5km down the road from me. Always buy a gallon.

 

Indeed, but most restaurants make bad french toast. That's what I'm saying.

It's gotta be made with thick-cut, slightly stale bread, and preferably soaked in the custard overnight.

Honestly pancakes, french toast and grilled cheese are all things I would never order in a restaurant. Too easy to make high quality yourself at home.
