Wow what a tune, easily among their best

 

Holy shit, this song is so good that it’s kinda ruined everything else I’ve listened to today because nothing can possibly live up to its awesomeness

 

These songs are fucking excellent and I’m digging the Nothing vibes

 

The main riff of Skin Game has been stuck in my head all day, what a song

 

Song is great. Feels like really good bridge between their past records and what the new one sounds like it’s gonna be leaning more towards. Melodies are stronger than ever and I’m loving the diversity in guitar tones. This will be their best record no doubt

 

The groove to these new tracks is understated, the shifts in Is The Is Are were these bombastic moments they drew a lot of attention too. The cues are there still just not in the front of the track as much. I think it’s because the vocals are so much more central. Can’t wait to hear this record front to back, this is my favorite track so far.

Have been watching live videos of some of the unreleased tracks, so excited.

 

I don't think I've even listened to anything beyond the first single. Hyped to see where they take things on this one.

I’m going to spend a lot of time with this one! First album to blow me away in a while

 

i knew it would be good but like damn

 

Damn they really did it. This is leagues above Is The Is Are and Oshin imo. The mix on this is such a nice change from the other two records. It just feels bigger if that makes sense.

 

I liked this quite a bit on first listen but it's interesting to me that people think this is their best yet. I think the shift to a fuller, heavier sound is really cool, but my instant reaction is that I prefer the sparse, dreamy style of the last two albums.
