edit: The black embroidered hoodie was about to be an immediate buy until I saw it’s 50% Poly. For $70+ that’s a pass. Sad, but good for my wallet.

Totally agree. I’m rarely tempted by the merch drops they release. I did grab the preorder hoodie though with the vinyl because this is my band and I’ll always support them. But yeah most of their merch does nothing for me.

I put the three albums on shuffle together last night and found that majority of those I enjoyed most were from Inlet.

 

listening to Inlet now as well. I've been aware of Hum but never gave them a fair chance. This is pretty much perfect instrumentally, but the vocals are kind of boring to me, but we'll see if I warm up to them. I'm only on Desert Rambler.

EDIT: The Summoning has me banging my head pretty hard.

Vocals are intentionally subdued on Inlet esp compared to YPAA which has some screaming.

i feel fairly confident he will still be there. it's a weird one that I feel like never got the widespread notice that it should have. the tweets happened and that was kind of it.

 

I got to see them do Passenger with Greg Puciato doing Maynard's vocals, and it was a real treat.

 

From the one person I've heard is doing a remix on Black Stallion, I'm really quite excited for it.

Not much but Chino drops some more info about the album, and it looks like the next single is getting a video as well
