Intrigued by the Batman series given Reeves’ involvement but man, I can’t bring myself to actually get excited for anything JJ Abrams is involved in at this point.

long halloween was good. really pumped for whats to come. that ivy/catwoman fight is one of the most striking visuals in comics.

I don't know if anyone else is excited for this, but I am.

 

Watched these today. Pretty good!

 

Really liked Part 1 of Long Halloween, but Part 2 was a major letdown for me.

 

Yeah, some of the stuff was just not on par with what I expected, especially from an action standpoint. I wanted more from the Ivy/Catwoman fight. I wonder if they end up adapting the Catwoman story.

Watching Injustice now. Really digging how close it is to the source material. Hell, the even reused most of the Harley jokes lol. Fun stuff.

 

First two episodes of Young Justice: Phantoms are apparently available now and it's dawning on me that I barely remember anything that happened last season.

 

Does this one have a time jump too? That second season made me feel like everything was new lol

 

I dunno, I haven't watched the episodes yet and I can't find anywhere that's talking about them. I'll probably watch them tomorrow, but for a moment I was unsure if I shouldn't do a rewatch to refresh my memory. I still might.

 

I watched the first three seasons over the last month or so, as well as the two new episodes of the new season. The time jump between 3 and 4 is one year

 

Also, I'm all caught up on Young Justice. This season feels thematically much heavier than previous seasons. Enjoying that they're doing little 4-ep arcs.

Just watched Teen Titans Go! Vs. Teen Titans.

got some solid laughs and found it interesting that it came out the same year as Endgame and also has a portals team up scene.

 

Apparently James Gunn will guest star as himself in the Harley Quinn show ha. Also read that there's an ep that's a love letter to Batman: TAS. Can't wait for that.
