Does This American Life count as a podcast? If so, I listen to that every once in a while

 

It started as a sports podcast and has now veered off into who knows what hahaha but Jeselnik is great on it, it's goofy as hell though

I listened to Small Town Murder once. Wow. Those people aren't just not funny, they're giant assholes. I don't know how to reconcile my gf's love of that podcast with my extreme disdain for it. I try not to think about it.

 

Laura works out while listening to a political podcast and I have to wear headphones if I work out with her cuz I can't do it

Yeah. It's supposed to be funny. I'd rather listen to a Rush Limbaugh or Ben Shapiro podcast tbh. They go through the history of the small town before discussing the murder and the two bros spend half the podcast laughing at their own jokes. All they do is make fun of the town and the people involved in the events they're describing, but they're awful at it. It's one of the worst things I've ever listened to.

 

Cults and giant scams (a la Fyre Fest) are my vice

 

i'd probably listen to doughboys if i understood any of the references
