I think it's a combo of having less energy in the morning and just feeling like people need to brush their teeth first

I love mornings and wish I had more to myself. I am always up early so I like getting up and going for a run or walk or running errands but can't do it before work so I only have nice mornings on the weekends.

If I could make my own schedule I would be living the dream because easing into my day would be so much better than getting up and squeezing so much bullshit into the hour and then some before I leave for work.
