Yeah I completely agree. I've seen American cheese used in a few different Korean dishes (budae jjigae, etc.) and it just pairs so well with it and melts perfectly.

I never had plum wine until I started partying at that house haha. Some of those parties were the most epic I've ever been to. My friend would walk around with about 15 shot glasses and a bottle of plum wine on a tray.

 

I don't eat nearly enough Korean food. I need to move to a bigger city.

 

Yeah I have not had much Korean food when it comes to east Asian cuisine

I remember I had all you can eat Korean BBQ for $13 somewhere in K-Town in LA and that... I think that was the most food I ever ate ever in one sitting.

One time me and my Indonesian comrades beat a bunch of kids from a Korean Church in a Snowball fight and wrecked them so I'll always have dominance over their milky asses.

I hadn't found a place I really liked after a year of living here but a menu showed up in my mailbox maybe a month ago from a place I've never heard of or seen online, and they are great.
