There's only liquor stores in Maryland (I think maybe big retail stores are allowed to sell alcohol in one county maybe?) but I'm jealous. Can't wait to get deals on alcohol.

Technically the Costco liquor stores are liquor stores. It's outside of Costco. That's how they get around it in other places anyway.

In NH you can only buy liquor in State Liquor stores, beer pretty much anywhere but the liquor stores, and wine at all places.
