yesterday a friend who recently visited Texas told there were like no McDonald's anywhere but there were Sonics everywhere

still trying to process this info

 

I feel like there are lots of moments where I'm classist and I should definitely work on that

 

We have plenty of McDonald's too

Although it probably varies depending on where in Texas you're at

If you're away from the major cities it's all Sonic and Dairy Queen

yeah, I heard it was just a bunch of Dairy Queens and Sonics pretty much. it's just funny to me because Florida is the complete opposite: we have a McDonald's on every block and a few Sonics that aren't really doing so hot

 

I should go to sonic tomorrow just because.

 

I feel like DQ isnt super common. They have had a comeback though

Drive from here to Kerrville and count the fast food restaurants, I guarantee DQ and Sonic outnumber everything

They had Sonic commercials by me for like ten years before they finally opened one half an hour away

 

DQ is closer. I really don't feel like going to the South Shore just for Sonic tomorrow. Plus if I go to DQ, my mom will wanna go and she'll buy

Maybe that's why you're harsh on Sonic. Ours are generally pretty decent

I also worked at one and ate everything there so that helps my opinion I guess
