Anyways, the movie was aight. Pacing was kinda bad and I felt like I was waiting for it to start for the longest time. Could have chopped 20-30 minutes from the first act and I think they’d have a much tighter movie. A downgrade from Infinity War for sure imo but still mostly enjoyable.

Audiences are funny (read: dumb). In the very first scene Hawkeye is playing catch with his daughter and his family is having a picnic or whatever and it’s very clear that it’s before the snap and what it’s setting up. Yadda yadda yadda Hawkeye turns around and his daughter and family are turned to ash. Cut to like half of my audience gasping in shock. Like, didn’t you see that coming? It’s not even supposed to be a surprise that’s what the scene is setting up, especially since Hawkeye wasn’t in the last one. Not a huge deal and I probably look like an asshole, I get it but it’s just something I noticed
