Just passing along information from the focus group I run every night. Kids like it. They like the noodles and Alfredo sauce and the Alfredo pizza. And the brownies.

My review:
Is it good? No
Is it fine? Barely.
Best thing about it: only good things are the Alfredo pizza and the Buffalo chicken pizza. Sauce isn't good. Pepperoni pizza is edible. Dessert pizzas are good especially the Bavarian and the apple.

Is it worth $5?
Sometimes.

That was terrible though, cicis pizza destroys helado con chili con queso.

I would not.

Maybe, there's an app that gives free drinks or bogo coupons sometimes. Plus get a free buffet after 6 visits I think.

I went to CiCi's once out of curiosity. It wasn't good. And that CiCi's is no longer open either.

Now, the Pizza Hut lunch buffet on the other hand, that's the one you want to block off an artery or two at.

 

Yeah pizza Hut buffet with their thin crust pepperoni is perfect.

 

Domino's is usually my go-to when I want fake pizza but that lunch buffet is pretty solid if you can find a Hut nearby that still does it. Not many of the Pizza Hut restaurants still exist in my area, it's almost all carryout places now.

 

I only get Pizza Hut in the thin crust

 

Nothing hits the spot like boneless bbq wings dipped in ranch

 

I haven’t had Mod Pizza in a long time

 

Yeah here in Austin none of them have buffet as far as I know. But when I go to El paso I make sure to go to pizza Hut buffet for $6 it's amazing.

Here in Austin we have gatti's buffet and double Daves too. Double Daves is the best one but it's $10.

 

Yeah we don't have any pizza buffets by me. 9 times out of 10 when I go to a buffet it's a Chinese food buffet.

My rule of thumb for Chinese buffets are the shittier the place looks, the better the food is.

 

I also judge a Chinese buffet by their General Tso’s and fried rice.

 

I haven't been to a lot of Chinese buffets, but the ones I have been to were not good

 

Most aren’t, you gotta look for the good ones. I got lucky with the main one I go to being in the next town over from me, great food and solid service.

Yeah I've had incredible pizza. They had one in el paso for a few months maybe a year. Pizza wasn't good and it was very expensive for the area. That building is a 24 hour fitness now I think.
