Was going to wait to get this but watching some streams and it just looks like I will have a lot of fun. Also had 30 bucks in PSN money. Going to be an fun/interesting experience starting this along with a lot of the people on here.

If you are waiting on steam with high disc usage but no downloads just wait, I guess it is unpacking encrypted data. The update, brining total install size up to 60GB will start shortly. You can also change your region if it is really really slow.

Lot of hate going around the GameSpot reviewer for her 7/10, but in all fairness she did claim to play/use a lot of the games mechanics. I guess she was also the infamous "too much water" reviewer from IGN.

 

Night City is unreal.

 

So uhh.. kinda regretting preordering this on PS4

I haven’t had any issues on PC this far. Got it set to medium-high and getting 50-60fps

 

Played for like an hour and enjoyed it all. Will definitely need more time obviously but so far so good. I went Nomad for my character class.

 

And obviously went large dong for my character.

 

Played for an hour on PS5, pretty disappointed by how poor it is graphically right now particularly compared to other late-gen PS4 games, it desperately needs that next gen update with improved textures and ray-tracing. The potential is definitely there, but the world just looks a bit flat at the moment. I think I’ll try and hold off on playing too much more until the update comes, even though that’s probably many months away. PC is definitely going to be the best way to play this game for some time.

 

Crazy how inconsistent people's experiences are. I'm running a 1660ti and getting solid 50-60 frames. Enjoying the hell out of it so far.

 

haven't been able to get a PS5, so I'll be playing this on a base PS4 that I bought back in the beginning of 2015. it survived TLOU2 and RDR2 so hopefully it'll survive this.

went in with two friends for that Target deal of buy two, get one free that they were running a few weeks ago (we all ordered a copy of Cyberpunk and got it for 40 bucks each instead of 60). and now Target is saying it won't be delivered until the 24th. so that's cool.

at least there will be a few patches by then, I guess.

 

Yea I'm going to wait to get this on PS5 in 2021 after many patches and hopefully a next-gen upgrade

 

So I only played it for like, 20 minutes last night. Enough time to get to the dick selection. I think it's pretty cool they give you the circumcision choice.

 

Really excited to eventually pick this up. I've seen a Let's Play and it looked okay so far. I'll probably get it closer to Christmas but seems to need ironed out. Most games come with bugs (which isn't an excuse really, this should be better) but i'm hopefully they get flattened out before i finish my other games.

 

I went Corpo and got about an hour and a half in

 

I went nomad and played just a few minutes. Seems playable enough and I’m having fun already. Not the best looking game I’ve ever seen but whatever. Excited to play after work!!

 

About 6 hours to get title card. Really liked the prologue. I did have a bug that caused me to reload latest autosave to keep a quest moving forward, nothing massive. Only 1 real bug in 6 hours.
