yeah all covers look amazing. The live recordings sound fucking terrific.

 

I feel like I would be stupid not to preorder one of these.

I wanted the top cover as a print (it's actually a photograph), but I'm saving for this. If it ever comes up in good condition...

 

No this is a live set of them playing Jane Doe front to back. Bannon mentioned on vinyl collective they've got a couple other things in the works for this year though so we still might see that.

 

Right and he said it as a direct reply to a question regarding the blood moon too I'm pretty sure.

 

They are playing a UK show with Explosions In The Sky.

it's crazy that there's enough audience for a festival like that in the UK, can't even imagine something like this in the US lol

 

Post-rock is huge in mainland europe and and scandinavia, and travelling is not that bad. I'm annoyed that I wasn't aware of its existence, since I probably could have gone a couple of years. Should try this year, since I've yet to see either EITS or Converge.

 

It's not a big festival at all - I've been the past few years, there can't be much more than 3,000 people there. They're also smart enough to (usually) book their headliners as UK exclusive shows.

 

Still a decent audience, hah

I don't know why I picked today to listen to Jane Doe all the way through for the first time ever, but I did. This album is bonkers

 

Has anyone gotten shipping notifications for jane live. Was supposed be be shipped on 24th.

 

I've seen a couple on Instagram. My record store has a horrible punk/hardcore section but they always have the latest Deathwish released so I'm gonna swing by Friday and see if they have this.
