Almost done with my first listen and I'm just so surprised how fresh they sound despite this being their ninth album now

I was thinking the same thing. They sound as hungry as a band going for a sophmore hit album or something. Absolutely love this.

This one is also brilliant. The first 2 songs are peak Converge for me.

It is really impressive that Converge appear to be getting better and better in this stretch they're in though!!

Why it’s like the 3rd best JEW album that’s a pretty good answer

We reach for the longest shadow

A stretch, but if you count the B Sides album, Deftones' Gore is a 9th album... probably is just an 8th though. It still rules.

I've never been anything more than a casual Converge listener, but I'm going to really give this one a go.

I ordered black vinyl because I like when the record matches the cover art but then they were like SURPRISE it’s a hologram rainbow cover and I was like DAMN.

we've seen the shadow of the axe before Supporter

I actually think the opening track is my least favorite on the record.

    hmmm

There are at least four JEW albums that are so far ahead of Integrity Blues, it's not even funny.

This is a good answer though.
