There’s a great pseudo two-part CBB last week and this week with Kristian Bruun that’s hilarious. Both have PFT and Vic Mic. This week also has Tatiana Maslany.

 

I’ve fallen off on CBB. When it’s good it’s great but when it sucks it’s really bad.

 

I’m not an avid listener like I was a few years ago, but I’ll always listen to a Bryan/Maslany appearance, especially with PFT and Vic Michaelis.

My friends and I got a mountain house for a weekend right outside of Tobyhanna and one of the neighbors met us outside and told us he could telepathically communicate with his dog and then he showed up later that night with a plastic bag full of fantasy novels he wrote.

Finally watched it. Truly insane.

 

Having grown up in NEPA, this felt so ridiculously familiar. It made me nostalgic for all the dumb shit I did with friends at 2 a.m. in college. Conner is so incredible at capturing specific vibes in his work.

 

It looks like it’s about a guy who got tired of people complaining about a dragon but not doing anything about it so he grabbed his axe and is gonna take care of it himself.

 

Rap World was very funny, I like the review that called it Superbad by way of The Blair Witch Project lol. Everything from the actual recording of the album through the ending was so fucking funny. Eric Rahill is great. Loved seeing the Podcast About List guys as well

Weird sentence coming but I saw Rory Scovel last night at the grand opening of Maynard James Keenan’s new record store in Cottonwood, AZ. Was a great show. Lots of work on new material and interacting with the local crowd.

 

So jealous

Rory was supposed to be at the venue across the street from my old apartment back in April 2020, I had tickets, but then he cancelled (obvi) and he still hasn’t come back.

 

Had no idea Tony Hinchcliffe was a straight up right wing comedian now. Watched some of his set from the Trump rally in MSG on YouTube and it’s so fucking stupid and lame. Even he was getting groans from people that actually believe and subscribe to the insane shit he was joking about.

 

Even Kill Tony fans are like "Dude wtf?"

And yes I know this is a shit take

 

Dude seems totally fine with what the racist guy said, just not where he was saying it.
