It's a featured comedy night my roommate and I and another comic on campus are hosting. I've just been busy out of my mind, so I may end up MCing for them and trying out some new material instead of doing a full set. It's turning into a much larger event than I anticipated haha I closed our last two events too, so I wouldn't mind getting a little less stage time for once.

Yeah, I don't think he will ever top "what" - In my opinion, it's (one of, if not) the best hours of comedy in recent memory.

I saw him live on the last tour, but I think he was still working out some stuff because it was probably 50/50 new and old stuff. Excited to see what he's done with it though. He seems to really be pushing the limits of what can be done with "stand up"

 

He was doing the full new show when I saw him in October and it was pretty great. Way too soon to say if it's as good as What (and he's probably added/removed some stuff since I saw him) but it was at least close.

 

Yeah the new show is great.

Bo is my favorite comedian. What. is a fucking masterpiece and will likely never be topped, but Make Happy certainly comes close. It was my first time seeing him and I couldn't have been happier with it. He actually apparently added a new song after I saw him (he did an old song in the middle of the set so he was probably still finalizing the new one at the time), so I'll still have something new to look forward to also.
