Vaxis I is my favorite coheed album and II is definitely in my top half of their discog so no

 

I wasn’t huge on Sonny at first but now I love it. The riff is so good.

 

I think searching for tomorrow might be one of the best songs they've ever put out. Amazing song. Just found it this morning and it absolutely rips... technical, catchy, groovy, got it all. I'm not even a huge coheed fan and this checks all my boxes for just 'music i like'.

 

Its a very dirty song.

My guess is he’s taking the father of make believe theme as a chance to do some real demented evil shit with his voice as like this puppet master pulling the strings kind of vibe and it’s amazing lol. inserting himself into the story in the most deranged way. I don’t know shit about shit when it comes to the story so that’s a bit of a reach but it makes sense in my head

Listening to Afterman for the first time in a while. Man, Goodnight, Fair Lady is so good and potentially might have their best post-GA production. It's crazy how each song sounds different from a production standpoint, but they all still flow and mesh pretty well.

Awesome, never been a fan of Mastodon but they were good live when they toured with C&C a few years ago (w/ETID). Periphery is a good opener too
