The description on Netflix says “available to watch after the game”

 

Why wouldn't you say "Available after the game" in the ad? Maybe they had to be locked on the ad a couple weeks ago and weren't sure it'd be ready in time?

I mean, it says so in the official Netflix app so I assume it actually is coming out after the game. I just don't know why you would leave that out of the ad because that's the mic drop of the whole thing.

Netflix usually doesn’t release anything until 12pm pst though. They have made exceptions I think though (season 3 of Orange is the new black is the one I remember), so this better be one of those.

 

At this rate for the fourth Cloverfield movie they're gonna sneak a dvd copy into the homes of everyone on the planet and then three months later be like "everybody check your bookshelf"

 

Okay... before I get over-the-moon shit-my-pants excited... is this an actual sequel, or is it another one of those "some other people came up with a completely separate and unique screenplay which we bought the rights to and slapped the Cloverfield name on it" sequel?

 

Netflix just dropping its giant dick on the table.
