Seeing this band for free in a park tonight so I decided to listen to this album on the way to work today. Forgot how great it was!

These guys are playing with Hotelier in London next month, would like to try and get into them beforehand - what are their best songs/which album is best to start? Thanks :)

 

Any of their last three albums are good and the set is split pretty equally between mostly. Here And Nowhere Else I think is their best but you can’t really go wrong.

They are going to blow the hotelier out of the water live, they’re so impressive live right now and the hotelier are less so

 

The drummer of Cloud Nothings is one of the most impressive musicians I've ever seen play live.

All three recent* albums are essential. Attack On Memory is still my favorite, but their newest Life Without Sound is probably a good mix of all their albums.

 

yeah i don't care for anything before the last three, i have friends that love the early stuff but it's not my speed

 

Forget You All The Time is actually one of my favorite songs from them, but yeah I don't care much for their other early stuff

 

that's what I was referring to because Casey mentioned those three in particular a couple posts above mine. I've followed them since Hey Cool Kid and the Leave You Forever 7" rarely left my table back when it came out. Don't go back to many of those songs now but agree that Forget You All The Time is one of their best
