Yeah definitely wasn't crazy about it, but the video forced me to listen to it again and I'm starting to dig it now.

 

I think I've listened to this new song almost every day since it dropped, October is so far awayyyyyyy

 

I've actually stopped listening to it. Was beginning to overplay it.

 

Yeah the song has stuck with me a lot. Hope this band finally extend their bloody setlists though.

 

Not going to listen to anything else from the record until it comes out

 

Is it normal to release a single then two weeks later release a video for that single?

 

As opposed to what? Single and video at the same time?

 

Nope. We all know the song now so now people who were starting to forget/missed it at first are reminded that there's a Citizen album coming. Just keeping their name in headlines.

Nah I know what you mean. It is common to release both at the same time too. It's just not necessarily more common than releasing them separately.

 

Looks like As You Please (the song) is floating around the internet. Did they release this? Anyone know what the deal with it is?

edit: Woah this is awesome, subtly catchy. Really digging the vocal production here. Totally hear what people are saying about this being like a bridge between Youth and EIGTH.

 

Yeah, I was going to try to hold off on listening until the song was released officially but I caved quick. Glad I did. Song is amazing. Exactly what I was hoping for from them

A Citizen/Sorority Noise/Great Grandpa tour date has popped up for Cleveland. On sale Friday

 

Sigh... just too many good tours this fall I'll have to miss that one, even if I would love it

Going to the tour in SF in November.
Gonna try and get into sorority noise by then. Only like no halo so far.
