Spoiler alert there isn’t really a bridge, they just let the instrumental buildup and chorus ride out the song without the vocals. It rules.

I love this.

 

Aside from a few songs (including bonus tracks), this is better than anything from the Every Open Eye cycle in my opinion. This has raised my hopes for the new album considerably!

This is this album’s Clearest Blue huh? Except this time it has a chorus.


Considering Clearest Blue is one of my favorite songs this decade I’m about it

This album is still so far out that it hasn't quite hit me that we're getting new CHVRCHES yet but I am still hype. New track is probably the best of the three.

 

The drop into the big instrumental section towards the end is gonna be great live. Can’t wait to catch the next tour.

New songs are very good. Not seeing the comparison to Clearest Blue in Never Say Die

 

I think they mean that it’s the slower tempo, midpoint song on the record, more than sonically
