Haven’t listened to the bonus tracks yet but I did get to test this out in the car today and oh lord very little else will be coming out my speakers all summer lol

 

as their former merch guy, this made my whole life

 

on the same boat, never checked for her before but now I’m HOOKED

 

I’m so here for everyone just getting into Charli

 

I’ve been hooked since she released you (ha ha ha) because I loved gold panda it’s great to see her still gaining new fans after killing it for so long. a lot of artists this far in kind of plateau and have their core fan base without bringing anyone new in but she’s always growing the fan base you love to see it

 

It’s never too late. I don’t remember my exact trajectory but I think I first heard “I Love It” with Icona Pop on Girls and I always dug her stuff but the Vroom Vroom EP completely hooked me. There aren’t words for Sophie and her vision.

 

I still remember how badly pitchfork missed the mark on vroom vroom

 

I discovered her during the pandemic. How im feeling now helped me get through it.

 

I’ve known who she is since Fancy, but never checked her. One of those artists that fell through the cracks despite having people say she was great, but not getting around Brat. Shits a heat rocket.

I know it’s been said in here 1000 times but the piano riff in mean girls.

 

that album has withstood the test of time way more than a lot of other “pandemic albums”

 

been here since before True Romance deal with ittttttttttt

 

2013 was the year of the indie pop girly: haim, sky, lorde, and charli all emerged the same year. you truly had to be there

I think I tuned in shortly after True Romance came out

 

a friend put True Romance on in the car as we drove back from a house party on new year's eve 2013 because she thought i'd like it. she then proceeded to tell me a story about how a mutual friend of ours helped to put on a show that Charli played at his college that year, and that she only had two items on her rider for the show: a banana and a bag of coke

I think her SNL performance got me into Sucker and I’ve been aboard since!

 

Got into her right before Sucker and have seen her play most of every album other than How I’m Feeling Now. Even met her in 2017!

 

I’ve never seen her it’s very sad

 

Only once for me. Couple months before Sucker released. Sadly won't be able to attend the Sweat tour either

 

Seeing her Wednesday in Chicago which will be number 6 for me and then I'm going back for the sweat tour with my partner and our 5 year old daughter who's a massive fan. Can't wait for her to experience it.
