A masterpiece of an album.

 

Glad you're enjoying! I'm going to be riding the high of the new Caracara record for the next month, but Ceres is a perfect next band to revisit.

I understand that there is contention behind Stretch Ur skin and Will Wagner obviously sucks but whyyyyy did it get pulled off of streaming when it’s my favorite ceres song (and I would argue it has the most hooks)

Makes sense - definitely would not want to be associated

 

A bunch of emails from Wil surfaced of him blackmailing and guilting Georgia Maq from Camp Cope (his ex-gf) and just him coming across as a general scummy person. He then wrote a 16 paragraph woe is me essay on Facebook talking about how he was the victim of the whole thing and she was just trying to make him look bad.

Also Wil allegedly threatened to sue any news outlet who ran the story.

 

Been on a Ceres kick lately. Returned to We Are a Team yesterday and it still absolutely rips. So many ear-worms. Listening to Drag It Down on You now and it's also fantastic. These guys give off such Hotelier vibes.

Hope they aren't done for good, would love to get another album at some point.

 

Was spinning Drag It Down on You this morning. God damn I miss this band

Damn this bump had me hoping for something

 

"Baby's Breath" is an all time great closer for me.
