I haven’t listened to this band in like ten years but this record is really good

 

Just hit play and Wildblood is flooring me.

 

Love both tracks with vocals, the closer is particularly hauntingly beautiful imo

 

definitely a top ten of the year lock already.

 

If anyone is going to either Cambridge shows lmk, I am down to link up with some people and experience this greatness together

 

They’re playing Seattle and Chicago this year. Let’s hope they do another KEXP and Audiotree session while they’re there.

 

Yeah this is great. Been really digging Waking Season and the last album lately too.

 

Onsra gives me some slight Hammock vibes, at least in the light and floaty guitars in does

 

You have some amazing records to catch up on.

 

Playing Waking Season on vinyl now. Still can't believe I won that record and two others in an AP contest by Drew deeming my Thanksgiving story the wildest of everyone who submitted one lol.

O'Brother's Basement Window EP and MovMou's New Light EP

 

Nice, that MovMou EP is excellent. Been a long while since I've listened to the O'Bro one though

Speaking on MovMou and O'Bro, that Triple Crown tour they did with Caspian in 2012 was unreal. So glad there was a Philly date. What an amazing show that was

Won tickets to the Long Beach show for buying it at this shop. Weirdly not the indie exclusive coke bottle clear version, but the clear w/ green splatter.

 

I missed this because it was 21+ and I think I was 20. Wish I got to see that show.

My show was too and I was fortunate to have turned 21 just a little over a month before the show. Would have been gutted otherwise

 

The second half of Ishmael, particularly the part that starts around 6:15, is already becoming one of my favorite Caspian moments. The whole song is just gorgeous. After a weekend with this I think I can say Division Blues and Ishmael are my two favorites but the whole thing is outstanding. One of my absolute favorite bands.

 

I find something new to love about each song on this album every time I listen to it. Definitely think this'll make my year end list.

Also waiting on the Newbury Comics exclusive to come in where my gf works so I can pick it up lol.

 

Excited to listen to this today---Dust and Disquiet is quite amazing.

My be my favorite post-rock group.

Saw them when they went out with Underoath and they killed it.

 

Obi strip, embossed sleeve, exclusive variant, we love to see it.
