oh man this is a perfect album. everything I’ve been waiting for

 

hopefully you check out Pang and her Chairlift stuff too!

 

This album is truly fantastic

 

I like Pang and all but this is what I really wanted when we got that album. Love the parts of this that take me a bit back to Chairlift. Bunny remains probably my favorite single of the 2020s

 

Second half gets a little snoozy for me but most of this is ace

 

Yeah this is unsurprisingly excellent. I really like Pang but this feels like a home run. Too early for me to have more coherent thoughts than that but I think I’ll be playing the shit out of this throughout the year.

This is one of the most consistent, cohesive albums I’ve heard in a minute. The only song that doesn’t do a ton for me at the moment is Fly to You but even that one is perfectly solid. What a gem this record is. I can already tell I’m going to be listening to this one for a while.

 

Sometimes it’s hard to hear what she’s saying because of the way she enunciates things and I’m just bad at picking lyrics out. Listening to this while reading the lyrics makes me appreciate the album even more. She’s such a good songwriter.

 

Time will test this theory it I feel like it’s probably impossible to be unhappy while listening to Sunset

 

I wouldn’t say I’m unhappy but I do cry when she vocalizes at the end

Believe is the best song I've heard this year

 

Kinda surprised there hasn’t been more of a publicity push for this, maybe they’re waiting on the vinyl to be ready in mid-April?

Never heard of her before, but just heard a single from this and was really into it. Definitely gonna check it out.

 

it's strange, Billions did absolutely nothing for me as a single but after hearing the entire album, I'm obsessed with it

 

Billions is amazing but I kinda check out when the choir comes in at the end.

I'll never understand the Bunny Is a Rider haters

That and the Dido verse are probably my least favourite parts of the album. They're good but I think I just miss Caroline singing haha.
