Someone guessed Paladin based on the sketch, and even though I haven't thought about that character for years, I'd be absolutely down for it.

Saw a leaker speculate Bushman and looks like people are taking it as fact. But it would actually make sense.

 

The tactical looking outfit in the set photo fits with it being Bushman. My question is if it Bushman, does that mean we're getting surprise Moon Knight in this movie? No way they feature Moon Knight's archnemesis and not have Moon Knight.

 

It’s very funny that this movie currently has Happy Meal toys and it’s not finished.

 

I can’t remember, but wasn’t there an old leak before it even filmed that Moon Knight might be in this? Maybe that was the original plan they decided not to go with but went back to it with the rewrites.


But here’s the connections people made that led to the Bushman theory.

The happy meal toys were already released but I think the other stuff was just leaked. Could be wrong though.

But it’s going to happen to pretty much any blockbuster that gets delayed so it’s not like it’s new or a Marvel thing. It’s still pretty funny though

 

Oh for sure. We saw that with several tie-ins that came out during COVID that were pushed back (Wonder Woman 1984, Minions 2). Once it’s in motion, it pretty much can’t be undone.

 

Yeah these are the toys from McDonalds and my kids already have…all of them lol. My son has asked when this movie is coming out and he was so confused when I explained it to him.

 

Love how Sabra is just Ruth, but I guess it makes sense in the MCU to not have a codename.

 

I saw a tweet a week or two ago saying that they assume all of these reshoots are because there was supposed to be an IDF soldier-hero person in the movie and Disney realized that could be an issue. Is that really what's going on?

 

No, it’s not. The character was reworked awhile ago to avoid all of that.

 

Right, that is the Ruth AKA Sabra character I mentioned above. She's got a McDonald's toy, she's definitely happening.

 

It’s so funny that they completely spoiled the big Red Hulk surprise because of miscommunication

 

I meant that they made her a CIA agent in this to avoid the IDF stuff and did it when it originally filmed. So it has nothing to do with the reshoots.

I don’t think they are but her character could also be completely cut, so the toys aren’t really a good indication. I think most or all of the Serpent Society stuff was cut out, so I’m sure the toys that were already made for them are trash now.

 

Insane that this film has been re-worked so much that some toys that were released a year prior to its release will no longer be in the film

 

The only toy is Diamondback who is absolutely still in the film because a picture leaked recently of the actress on set.

 

That being said, this film is feeling more and more like a hodgepodge.

We've got Diamondback, Sabra, Red Hulk, Leader, and now whatever Esposito is.

If he's Bushman, that's like, three different franchises' worth of material, and no indication how they all fit together.

 

Sounds like a great recipe for success
