They appear to be big fans of The Hold Steady and you can really hear the influence on songs like Lake Erie Boys and Feel Something.

The chorus of Church Bells is so infectious. It’s probably a sign of how much of an ear worm it is that I feel like we don’t hear the chorus enough on the song, so I keep returning to it.

So if Camp Trash wants to record an extended version of Church Bells that includes the chorus more times, I’d be down. Maybe a gang vocal treatment?

I’m playing the shit out of this album. Everything I was hoping for after loving Downtiming.

I don’t know why but I love the lyrics “it’s not in me to be subtle unless it shapes the narrative”

The “I’m quiet sometimes..” in Enough Explaining reminds me so much of Copeland that for a split second I thought it was a really unexpected guest spot.

Enough Explaining is definitely the early standout for me.

But yeah, I'm obsessed with this. Been on repeat all day long.

I keep trying to listen to this record today but I’ve stopped it every time to loop “Enough Explaining”. Hope to hear the other seven songs soon.

I WON’T ADMIT IT. ENOUGH EXPLAINING. LET’S GET ON WITH IT.

I was blasting this to OlliOlli World (a very fun if not maddeningly difficult skateboarding game) and for a solid 40 minutes things felt pretty good. I really do love this album and I still find it surprising; I had only listened to Downtiming, which I liked a lot, but this is just such an improvement and I had no idea they had songs like Enough Explaining in them. The music throughout the album is just much more interesting than I expected.
