I haven’t looked through the thread yet, but is there a fix to the issue of when I’m typing on mobile and then my keyboard goes away and I end up clicking on the ad? I know the politics thread chatted about it a few weeks ago.

 

So annoying happens all the time. I can kinda see when it’s about to happen now

 

It’s been months and it actively makes me post less.

 

I haven't changed anything, and am not sure why the keyboard would go away while in the middle of typing.

 

Not sure what phones you guys are using but I've never had that issue on my Galaxy phone fwiw

iPhone user as well. Happened on my last iPhone and this iPhone and happened twice while typing this post.

Is this on a iOS Safari, any content blockers installed?

 

Not sure if this is a known issue but I've noticed this bug with the Taylor Swift "Midnights" thread. It will show as the most recently updated thread on the main page, but when I click on the music forum it doesn't list it at all.

If I click that specific thread from the main page, I can access it. Otherwise it's like it doesn't exist.

I'm not "ignoring" the thread and I'm not following it.

Is there a reason why Twitter posts don't show up on android? I've looked through settings and everything but can't seem to figure it out. I've never had a Twitter repost show for me.

 

Do you have any content blockers on? That’s my first guess. It’s a local iframe with their basic embed in it.

Thanks, Firefox's built in tracker controls was the issue. Struct blocked Twitter posts from showing or linking to the original tweet. Switching it to default fixed it.

 

So is there anything to be done about the keyboard continuously disappearing when I type? It’s been happening for months

@Jason Tate - I'm trying to send DMs, and the 'Send a message' option errors out - seems to be a 403: "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action". Any idea why?, is DM'ing a Supporter thing? thanks
