Joba has come a long wait since HEAT, he’s easily one of the best members now. I hope he gets a bigger share on the next album.

joba is great and underappreciated

 

Joba is super hit and miss for me. A lot of his verses remind me of the worst parts of Eminems Relapse.

 

I like Joba except for when he’s doing his loud annoying zany voice which feels out of place 100% of the time

I love him when he’s singing, like on Tonya

I think he truly shines on this record, he’s got a fun and unique flow. Plus, his production skills are A+.

 

I really hate Joba's acting in the videos lol but I like his actual parts of the songs for the most part

 

I've listened to this a couple of times now and not many of the songs are sticking. Hopefully this will grow on me.

I just saw on an article on how Tape samples a Radiohead song but like the official credits don't mention it at all.

 

I thought it sounded like Radiohead drums but not from a specific song, just the style

 

Might be the hype but I think this is easily their best album

 

I was debating between Saturation III and this, and the more I listen to this the more I'm leaning towards it. I love how cohesive it is.

 

this is their best for sure imo

 

Saturation I/II/III may have some better songs but this is the better album. Saturation feels more like a collection of songs and this is a cohesive album from front to back

 

The main criticisms on the Saturation trilogy were it didn't feel cohesive and it got a little samey by the end.

This album fixed that for the most part but they sacrificed a lot of those "catchy" hooks which I am okay with it.

 

I’m still kind of surprised they went in this direction after 1999WILDFIRE. Take the Joba verse out of that song and it could be a radio hit.

 

I think Tonya might be my new favorite Brockhampton song. I know it hasn’t been long, but it’s really hitting an emotional sweet spot rn
