    I feel like half guilty about it cuz there is a large period of national material that’s among my favorite music ever but berninger features are pretty much instant eye roll for me

    Yeah the national are one of my favorite bands of all time and I really like matt's other projects, but the song on this album featuring him is a total snooze

    I actually loved The Time I Have Left instantly on the headphones, also liked the yelling at the end, though it's maybe cheesy, but it doesn't matter to me sometimes

    Apparently Let’s Not Shit Oursleves was on the setlist last night but not played. But the fact that it’s being thought of at all is giving me LIFE.
