yes the guy working said nice shirt i said thanks he asked if i saw them when they came through last year i said no i havent seen them since 2013 with tame impala and then he said they're coming in september and i said oh yeah with cat power and pheobe bridgers and he said yep and then handed me my drinks and said have a nice day and i said thank you with a big smile

I think this thread is difficult. I think it needs to stick around so as not to push what happened aside and forgotten about. But i do think the conversation in here tends to be hostile. I get it, it’s an emotionally charged conversation anyway, but at some point we need to learn how to have discussion in a more productive way.

At the same time... trying to defend how the band handled it is not going to go over well. Continue to listen to the music if you want but don’t defend them.

I just think at the end of the day hostility won’t win anyone over or get anyone to see your side, it just puts the other side on the defensive.
