Quality releases, yes, but they still sound very different now.

I need a new album soon. I'm seeing them Saturday and I'm so excited. I haven't seen them since the Is A Real Boy/Through Being Cool tour (so almost 3 years?)

 

This thread has gone from talking about in one day the songs being voted on, to sports, to previous concerts, to other bands including but not limited to TBS, Blink-182, Saves The Day, and more to members leaving bands, all while still carrying on the game and having fun and still being better than the album thread. Whoever said these brackets are just pages of song titles with no discussion has the brain of a saibaman.

 

Bro, I've been putting my heart and soul into making the album thread fun.

I will say that the brackets lead to great conversations, but I knew that from the TBS one.

 

We started up an Every Time I Die bracket a few hours ago if you're a fan @Raditz

 

oh for sure, they're very different, but they're recognizably Saves and really my biggest thing with line up changes isn't changing their sound but whether or not the next release will be good. but yeah you're right, different sound is what we were talking about

 

I actually just got into them after seeing them open for TBS. only song I know off the top of my head is Apocalypse so it better win!!

Glad my idea is spreading. Funny this is just something that started when I wanted to generate conversation and celebrate the California Deluxe edition on the Blink thread lol

 

It's a great idea, it makes me see certain songs in a different light sometimes, and yeah it's way more engaging than just votes. Won't even try to act like I didn't harness your framework.

Also, there's a coworker of mine that until last year only listened to hip hop. I've gotten him into some of my bands and rock( Blink, TBS, Breaking benjmin, MCR, Starset) so I decided next was Brand New and gave him a link to Quiet Things. He texted me "this is great! But I've heard it somewhere before why does it say it's brand new?"
