Saw an Alternative Press feature asking people in bands what they were most looking forward to next year.

 

My EOTY list. Thought it might be relevant here.

 

I'd love for Shane to have Jesse on his podcast

 

I think its safe to say we'll get LP5 long before that happens. Although I agree that would be a great listen for sure.

 

I would like to hear Jesse on Jeremy Bolm's podcast (if he's still doing it, been a minute since I heard anything about it)

 

What happened to Sealed to me?

 

As far as I know it was recorded a while ago but never officially released. I don't think they played it live on the TDAG 10 year tour either. At least if the did play it, it was dropped from the setlist rather quickly

 

When they premiered it live around the same time Mene was first performed live and were handing out a lyric sheet for it, I figured it was only a matter of time before it saw the light of day. I'm not surprised but still I can't help but wonder why it didn't get officially released.

 

I think it'll see official release in some form or another, but then again, Brand New is gonna do what Brand New does because Brand New is Brand New.

 

Yeah, luckily I got to see them do it in Cooperstown NY when they did that little weekender there not too long ago. I really hope they eventually release it. Wouldn't be surprised if it's the closer on LP5 if we ever get an LP5. Or maybe they'll just throw it out there randomly.

Then again is there even a point in guessing. This is Brand New I'm talking about lol

 

When I saw them a couple of years back Jesse claimed he forgot the lyrics as he used a lyric sheet when playing it live when someone 'requested' it...

 

Saw this comment, I ended up wearing a Brand New shirt to his solo show in Philly yesterday. They played exclusively Brand New songs between sets, then to top it all off Shane covered Me Vs Maradona Vs Elvis and called Deja Entendu the "Best fucking record ever".

I mean, he's not necessarily wrong.

 

Limousine is probably my favorite song ever and while I get the feeling of explosions from the bass and the mix, I can not pinpoint out actual explosions in Limousine. I've heard during the line, "Signal". Has this ever been confirmed time-wise by Jesse?
