The round ups of tweets and tumblr posts was really funny. It's when I finally knew I kinda hated Brand New fans and how offer the top dramatic they could be.

 

Yeah, it was a joke, but then I decided to make it look like an accident since I didn't know if people in this thread would get the deadbolt reference.

 

Got to see it on the west coast. It was my wet dream come true.

 

Timeline makes sense. If they really are calling it day, might was well make everyone aware so they can cash in and so they can give fans one last shot at seeing them.

I get there is no definitive statement but it seems to read pretty clearly. Better see them now if you haven't.

It's been a long time since I've checked this thread. But I noticed a shirt they were selling said Brand New 2000-2018.

What was decided/discussed about that?

 

They are ceasing to be a band in 2018, even more so than from 2009-present.

 

If we could it'd be so aweomE, if they tour here we defo need to try it

 

You would think with all the hubbub that went on with "Nobody Moves" , redoing it, and releasing the demos through every outlet/platform they would at least play the thing again live.

Maybe for the coheadline though I'm crossing my fingers.

 

I was hoping for that as well. Even more because I loved how it sounded.

Favorite reddit post so far: the speculation that this means two albums. We finally, after 7+ years, get them to confirm we're getting one album of full-length material, and it lasts barely a week before someone's wanting more.

 

Figured. Just weird that the first time we've heard that date/year is on a t-shirt.
