I got caught up in a YouTube rabbit hole last night and stayed up way too late.

 

It probably sounds boring to most people but I'm kind of a plain eater so I enjoy it

221 in may. 185 as of this morning.

Just cutting out sugar works fucking wonders.

 

I did Keto for about a week, but I fell off the wagon unfortunately.

 

I have been eating red meat everyday for over a week. Should I stop?

 

People talk trash about TV dinners, but I love those things.

 

Wendy's baconator sub the bun for lettuce.

 

I could live with that

 

In-n-Out protein style (with lettuce instead of a bun) is honestly pretty godly

I have had it spinning nonstop in my car (I got a vinyl during the 2nd wave or something, during the "/5000" run, and downloaded the album when I got it emailed) and I can say my favorites are definitely Waste and 137.

Oh snap we are talking diets?

I just started life of not being fun. I went from eating cheeseburgers and pizza pretty consistently every day to the following:

Intermitent fasting: meaning Monday - Friday I only eat between 2 pm and 10 pm

First meal - grilled chicken and some rice


second meal - brocolli or spinach, maybe a little chicken.

last meal - some grilled fish/chicken/ rice and spinach or kale.

 

Can't Get it Out, Waste, and No Control

 

That and five guys burgers either in a bowl or lettuce wrapped

I had tbell breakfast today, the egg taco is very enjoyable

 

For music, for sure! I'd rather eat Animal Style than Animal Flag though

 

I have no idea what that is.

And all you non-bread people are ridiculous. Bread is delicious. And quite healthy if done right and in moderation.
