Is it possible to stream anything from the Archive only without downloading?

 

Hey. This is honestly something I've thought about doing for the past year. What would be my best bet...SoundCloud? Along with making a website for the Archive instead of a spreadsheet, the streaming angle and curating a video archive are things I'd like to do at some point.

 

Is there a brand new interview archive?

 

Some of the shows in the Archive have interview portions. WFNX Radio in 2007 and Live at IMX in 2003 come to mind...

 

Yeah I think SoundCloud would be perfect. I've always wanted to check out the archive more but I don't download stuff anymore so sadly i have not heard very much of what's on there but would def like to.

I'm almost scared of SoundCloud going under though...

Maybe I'll start by just uploading a few shows...

Yeah maybe start with the essential stuff only(soundboard recordings, etc) If you do def let me know I would love to listen to some of these while i work. I work from home so i can crank them up real loud haha

Listened to this the other day. They spend a lot of time talking about how they lyrics scream drug abuse and self harm. That's not something I picked up on, or agree with for that matter, at all. I generally like that podcast but strongly disagree with their thoughts about half the time.

I popped to the shops this evening to grab something to eat (what should've been a 5 -10 min trip max) and I stuck the album on as something to listen to while shopping. I ended up wondering around my local area for an hour just listening to the record and had to get take-out in the end lol.

 

Not sure I've ever seen classy used for Pedro Martinez.

 

God, I love Jesse's timbre when he sings, "Open the gates" on 137. Such a small part but it gets stuck in my head a lot.
