reddit is pretty awesome guys, i dont know much about the brand new subreddit, but reddit as a whole rules.

 

What if I told you Glassjaw was a figment of your imagination.

Hard to hold a conversation the way the replies work

 

Here is the thing. Two Yankees players get a pass just because they are legend status and good dudes. Jeter is one and the other is Mariano Rivera. Now outside of that they can all go to hell!

 

Pretty sure that's not true unless i saw a terribly impressive hologram a few years back.

 

Ugh.

 

It attracts some of the worst people on the internet and they allow discrimination, bigotry, and hatred of the worst kind to fester there for, mostly, business reasons. I just refuse to respect a company that chooses to become a platform for that kind of garbage and do very little about it.

 

Hahaha Mariano is honestly a saint and the god of all pitchers

 

aw man, yeah that sucks. I try to filter my subreddits down, and it's mostly funny gifs and information that im interested in. I dont know how to really handle that with the bad stuff.

 

I've never heard a glassjaw album

In all honesty you would LOVE Head Automatica if you've never listened.

 

That's the main issue with that site. I understand freedom of speech but some take it too far. If someone disagrees with you they flame you to hell. I know we shouldn't "read the comments" but when it comes to things I'm interested in I'd like to know what others think.

 

Yeah, I think I get most of that from Twitter instead of Reddit, and Twitter has its own issues. Hah, my personal lists/filtering I think helps some with that though. But I have Twitter open almost 80% of the time I'm on my computer.

Also, I have issues with Reddit's layout and how they organize information/conversations, but that's just me being picky-ol'me.

Reddit is messy on desktop, i enjoy the app on my phone a lot more.

Yeah i guess ive just filtered everything to where my reddit experience is pretty positive. I dont discuss much music there, its mainly gifs, college football talk, and my guilty pleasure hobby, disc golf.

Well to be fair I'm not really either I'm a die hard Expos fan so was cheering for the Nats for awhile after they relocated. Now the Jays since they are the only Canadian team in the league. But I'm not gonna lie I do miss the Expos very much.

Pedro Martinez will always be a GOAT to me. When he gave a shoutout to the Expos fans when he won the World Series with the Red Sox that was so classy and I will forever be grateful that I saw him pitch for the Expos multiple times early on in his career.

 

With Reddit I skim the front page, look at certain threads I follow and that's it. Maybe add a comment or three
