It bothered me in particular because she has privilege since she was already best friends with many bands here so she has no trouble getting shows. I don't really know anyone, should I just never try introducing people to my music because it's supposed to magically be found on its own without connections? lol

Right? Haha for the last band I was in, my bandmates would have me go out and network after shows and that's how we were able to get more shows, especially if people from other local bands happened to come out. Honestly it all boils down to these things- don't be a dick, put on a solid show and be willing to return favors if other bands invite you onto their bill. Some people, man.

I wonder if Isaac Brock has heard Same Logic and what he thinks of it. Also weren't they supposed to release another record fairly shortly after the last one I wonder what happened there. It was supposed to be called Whatever but misspelled to be edgier

 

The last MM record was long enough on its own that they didn't really need to release a second one, IMO.

Wonder if it's been shelved now or is still on the way. Not a huge MM fan. A band I always wanted to dig more than I actually do. They just never really clicked with me.

 

According to Jesse in a recent live clip, Vin brought Same Logic to the band like 10 years ago and he's happy that they were able to finally get it onto an album before they end things because it's one of his favorite songs they've ever done.

Mm has some really high highs, and really low lows. Like they can have an incredible song followed up by a trash song. Hey are all over the place.

 

Good News and The Moon & Antartica are really stellar albums
