if we count the demos as an album, which i do i just tacked Mene and IAAN onto the tracklist as well, then this band has a pretty fantastic 5 album streak starting with Deja.

Daisy was even better on revisit once i got into the mindset of just paying attention to the feeling each song was trying to convey and less about the lyrics themselves. although tbf theres some great lyrics on Daisy

 

It's not on Spotify yet. I guess YouTube is my friend until it shows up (ugh)

Well good to hear that you've turned things around. I'm sure that's how most of the band feels. Singing/playing some of the hardest/saddest/darkest shit and coming home to your family after that must be a relief.

 

Wow I missed a lot since yesterday lol. Sorry if this has been discussed already—when do we think this record goes up on streaming services? I'm just curious about numbers for a first week's sale. I'd imagine they'd want to get the crazy hype of yesterday and then also drop it on Spotify, Apple Music etc

137 is super disturbing. Makes you think a lot about the possible end of the world at the hands of nuclear weapons. They make everything so beautiful and challenging!

 

I wonder if the album will show up on services next week. I'm sure they want their fans to listen to it first, not "brand new" to the band fans
