Last few days been really rough, still not out of the woods yet but last night out of morbid curiosity after seeing a scale at my friends house i figured id check my weight expecting some progress but not enough to not be still a lil bummed - turns out im at my high school weight, 20 more lbs and ill be back at the best weight in my life. Totally blew my dick off since I havent really done anything but not eat and work lol. Exercise here I come cus shit, clearly something is working lol.

Chevelle has certainly sounded a bit too arena rock for me for some time, but there's no denying how fun some tracks are like Send The Pain Below, I Get It, Grab Thy Hand, The Red, and Well Enough Alone. Fun to play on drums too.

Really regretting my consumption of booze last night this morning. Things are not going so swell. We also had a fire drill at work. Do you know how not fun a fire drill is when you have a pounding headache and you just want to crawl under your desk and sleep forever?
