I am the worst at buying records and not listening to them (at least for a long time). I figure it's a collection though, so it's fine.

 

This is a Brand New fan club where we build friendships based on our love of Brand New. It's natural to explore other interests we might have in common as well.

 

Would just like to echo the previous sentiments that that show kicked ass. People loved the SF songs, as did I. And despite people saying the wall was cool, I didn’t expect it to be THAT cool. Lit me up was an out of body experience.

 

When he first says “it lit me up” and the blue flame or whatever pops up....crowd went wild

 

That's how I see it too.

 

I feel this. I only listened to a record I got back in August yesterday!

 

Same thing with my Blu Ray Criterion Collection i've rarely if ever played any of them but still glad to have all of them.

 

I have a copy of Frank Ocean's Blonde on vinyl that I never even opened but it's one of my most prized possessions

Exactly! It's not like there's a time limit. I'll listen to most of them eventually.

Holy shit that's awesome. I'm still so pissed at myself for not jumping on that when I had the chance. I would not have had the will power to not open it though.

 

Wait I have a question. Maybe a dumb one. Are there two different SciFi variants in retail (blue and red) or is it a 2x LP, one red and one blue? Cus if it's the second I am rushing out tomorrow.

Spinning Bleachers right now though and it's exquisite. Definitely one I listened to immediately.

Oh, I just meant my Blu-ray collection. As far as criterion goes, I don’t have a lot: Benjamin Button, The Darjeeling Limited, Days of Heaven, Mulholland Dr., Punch Drunk Love, and The Thin Red Line.

 

The indie exclusive is 2xLP one blue, one red. And there is also a retail version that is standard black.

 

Well hot damn I wonder if the record store by me has it. Probably not so looks like I'll have to go hunting.

A shop near me most likely has the indie exclusive just waiting for the guy to confirm that it's in stock tomorrow. So stoked I told him to put it on hold for me if they do, I will go pick it up same day. What can I say I can't help myself, I love all things Brand New related especially vinyl related Brand New things.

Yea I know. I live in the burbs, and there's one like 10 minutes from my house, so I'm hoping they have it, but it's real small and doesn't keep up with new releases too well, so it's a shot in the dark but who knows. If not I'll just go downtown I don't even care. Just hope they don't run out. It's really funny to me that it being two different colors made me go from "I don't really need another variant" to "I need this immediately".
