All of these were tough.. but especially the last one. "Miller's.." was my favorite off the record for a while. I have a hard time voting against it, but there's something about "Walkaways" that is so perfect despite being so short. Could never listen to it just once. I might regret that vote but at least now they're tied and it's not up to me

 

Wow, what a round! It comes down to our my very first tiebreaker! It just occurred to me that I don’t actually know what the standard practice for this is - whether I cast votes for every song in competition, or just the one that’s tied up?

For posterity’s sake, I’ll vote for the whole round. If anyone knows if that’s not normally what happens, please let me know and I’ll adjust course in the future.

Angels of the Silences (Monkey is a perfect pop rock song, but the 1-2 punch of Catapult and Angels is incredible)
